Meet our Founders
Jordon and Chelsea Dizon

Jordon and Chelsea Dizon are the heart and vision behind our preschool, bringing together their diverse backgrounds, shared passion for education, and love for family and community.

Chelsea’s journey in education began as an elementary school teacher, where she cultivated a love for teaching and a deep understanding of how children learn. With over a decade of experience in early childhood education (ECE), Chelsea is committed to nurturing the whole child—fostering emotional, social, and academic growth in a supportive and engaging environment. Her dedication to creating a space where children thrive is the cornerstone of our preschool’s philosophy.

Jordon, a Hawaii native, brings a fresh perspective to the team with his degree in economics and his enthusiasm for designing innovative outdoor spaces. He believes that nature plays a vital role in a child’s development, and his creativity shines in the unique outdoor environments that inspire exploration and play.

Chelsea and Jordon met while attending the University of Colorado (go Buffs!), and together, they’ve built a life filled with love, adventure, and purpose. They are proud parents to two spirited and soccer-loving daughters who continually inspire their work. Their family wouldn’t be complete without their beloved goldendoodle, Lani, who adds an extra layer of joy to their home and is often the center of family outings.

Chelsea and Jordon’s shared vision is to create a preschool where children feel valued, inspired, and connected—both to their community and the world around them.
